How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Depending on your location and time at which you place the order, we estimate 4 to 7 days in Canada, 7 – 14 days USA, the rest of the world depends on individual countries shipping system but we estimate 20 days..



How do I create an account?

Click on the Login/ Register button on top of the site and follow the registration prompts.



How do I change my shipping address?

Login and click on my account. From your account page go to my addresses and update your address.



How do I track the status of my order?

Log into your account, go to your account page and select my orders tab. From here you can find details about your orders, status and tracking information.



Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No. We do not log or store credit card information. All financial information are handled directly by our partner payment solution firm, in this case Paypal, Stripe or Square, depending on product purchased.



Do you charge sales tax?

Sales taxes are charged as applicable to product location.



Do you ship to my country?

We try our best to provide services to all countries no matter where you order from. If you have doubts please contact our customer care team, we would be glad to assist you.



Will my items come in one package?

Depending on the quantity of product purchased, most times we ship together to save our customers the cost.
